Stork 150 years
Commissioned for the monumental ‘Stork 150 Years’ anniversary celebration, Easysee mapped and designed the entire outdoor theater terrain in Virtual Reality. Event planning on this scale requires precise spatial awareness, which is why we modeled not only the event grounds but also the complete theatrical set design (decor) in an immersive 3D environment.
On July 12, 2018, this virtual environment was officially presented to the municipal executive board of Hengelo. Using our VR setup, key stakeholders, including Mayor Sander Schelberg, were able to physically walk through the proposed event space and experience the true scale and atmosphere of the theater long before construction began. This project highlights the profound power of VR in securing municipal approvals and aligning stakeholders for large-scale public events.
